Hi i'm Desiree
Desiree is a Registered Nurse – Certified Aesthetic Injector and Founder of The Beauty Lab Medical Aesthetics.
It’s my privilege to welcome you to The Beauty Lab Medical Aesthetics in Queen Creek, AZ.
I’m a wife to an involved and supportive husband and a mother of two beautiful children. I am a passionate registered nurse with a background in ICU and years of specialized aesthetic training and practice.
I enjoy connecting with people and hearing their stories. What I want most is for people to know just how valuable they are. It’s not so much about a pretty face as much as it is about helping people make changes from within. I’ve always believed beauty is deeper than what is seen on the outside. It’s about self-acceptance, confidence, self-worth, and value, so you can feel powerful and be successful in all aspects of your life.
The Beauty Lab is a safe space that will leave you feeling empowered and glowing from the inside out. Our specialty is to elevate your own unique version of beauty so you feel ready to take on the world. You will always be seen and heard here as we work together to create a natural-looking yet transformative aesthetic result.

Hi i'm Adrianne
Adrianne is a registered nurse, and certified aesthetic injector.
She began her nursing career working in a step-down ICU at Valleywise Hospital before gaining her certification as an aesthetic injector. She is a lifelong learner and dedicated to continuous training and education.
Adrianne is caring, hard-working, loves working with her hands and helping others feel more confident, which is where her obsession for aesthetic nursing developed. She is married to her high school love with 4 children, 2 grandchildren, and 1 fur baby. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, camping and off-roading. We are thankful to have Adrianne on The Beauty Lab team.

Hi i'm Kira
Kira is a Registered Nurse – Certified Aesthetic Injector.
Kira received her education at both Mesa Community College and Grand Canyon University. After spending several years in a hospital as a floor nurse, Kira decided to pursue her true passion in aesthetic nursing. Kira received her certifications in advanced neurotoxin, filler, and PRP injections in 2019 at the National Laser Institute. She also has done on the job training in both biostimulators and PDO threads. Her biggest passion is education on anatomy and follows up on the most current techniques and evidence based practice.
“I was always the art geek growing up and loved drawing faces of close friends and family. I see the beauty in everyone and acknowledge and highlight what makes them unique.” Moving this passion from paper to real-life, Kira will assess, plan, and implement goals based on individual needs.

Tatum is The Beauty Lab’s Office Lead & Patient Coordinator.
Tatum has a background as a licensed aesthetician with several years of customer service and leadership experience. She loves connecting with people, prioritizing the customer experience, and has a passion for making people feel like the best version of themselves. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and her puppy.

Hi i'm Alycia
Alycia is an Aesthetic Medical Assistant.
Alycia was born and raised in Arizona and has years of experience working in Primary Care. Alycia is also currently attending college in pursuit of becoming a Registered Nurse. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. Her favorite places to be at are the beach and Disneyland.
